Deleting your data

There is no account in this app to delete. What is yours lives in exactly two places, and each has its own route.
1 — What is on your device
Scores, coins, the games and characters you have unlocked, your settings, and the ARC-XXXX-XXXX code belonging to your install: all of it is stored on the device and nowhere else.
Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. You do not need to write to us. Inside the app, Settings ▸ Reset progress also clears scores and progress without uninstalling. It keeps the age you gave, so the ad settings for a child stay in place.
Note that this is final. The code is generated fresh on the next install, which means the app can no longer connect you to messages you sent before.
2 — Messages you sent us
If you sent a message from the Contact screen, we hold it (the privacy policy says exactly what it contains). To have it deleted:
- In the app, open Main menu ▸ Contact ▸ Your messages and copy the code at the top of the screen. It looks like ARC-XXXX-XXXX.
- Email support@codeator.ai with the subject "Delete my messages" and that code in the body.
We delete every message carrying that code — usually the same day, within 30 days at the outside — and reply to confirm.
The code is the only way to find your messages: we do not hold your name, your email address or your device identifier, and that is deliberate. If you uninstalled the app before copying the code, there is nothing left connecting the messages to you — at which point they are anonymous anyway.
What cannot be deleted individually
Star ratings. A rating carries no code and no identifier of any kind — only the game, the number of stars, the language and the app version. It cannot be traced back to you, which also means we cannot pick yours out of the others to delete it.
Data held by Google and Unity
What Google's services collect (AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Remote Config) is governed by Google's policy, not ours. You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your system settings: on Android under Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads, on iOS under Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Tracking. What Unity Ads and ironSource Ads collect is governed by Unity Technologies' policy. To see it, opt out of personalised ads from Unity, or ask for it to be deleted, tap the privacy icon on any Unity ad, or write to dpo@unity3d.com. In US states with privacy laws you can also use Unity's Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. The full terms are in Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.

لا يوجد في التطبيق حساب تحذفه. ما يخصّك موجود في مكانين فقط، ولكلٍّ منهما طريقه.
١ — ما على جهازك
النتائج، والعملات، وما فتحته من ألعاب وشخصيات، وإعداداتك، ورمز ARC-XXXX-XXXX الخاص بنسختك من التطبيق: كل هذا محفوظ على الجهاز وحده.
حذف التطبيق يحذفه كلّه. ولا يحتاج الأمر إلى مراسلتنا. وداخل التطبيق أيضاً الإعدادات ▸ تصفير التقدّم تمسح النتائج والتقدّم دون حذف التطبيق، لكنها تُبقي العمر الذي أدخلته، لتبقى إعدادات الإعلانات الخاصة بالأطفال سارية.
وانتبه: الحذف نهائي. الرمز يُولَّد من جديد عند التثبيت التالي، ومعناه أن التطبيق لن يستطيع بعدها ربطك برسائلك السابقة.
٢ — الرسائل التي أرسلتها إلينا
إن أرسلت رسالة من شاشة «تواصل»، فهي محفوظة عندنا (تفصيلها في سياسة الخصوصية). لحذفها:
- افتح التطبيق: القائمة الرئيسية ▸ تواصل ▸ رسائلك، وانسخ الرمز الظاهر في أعلى الشاشة، وهو على شكل ARC-XXXX-XXXX.
- أرسل بريداً إلى support@codeator.ai بعنوان «حذف رسائلي» واكتب فيه الرمز.
نحذف كل رسالة تحمل ذلك الرمز. عادةً في اليوم نفسه، وبحدٍّ أقصى ثلاثين يوماً، ونردّ عليك بالتأكيد.
الرمز هو الطريق الوحيد للعثور على رسائلك: لا نملك اسمك ولا بريدك ولا معرّف جهازك، وهذا مقصود. فإن حذفت التطبيق قبل نسخ الرمز، لم يبقَ ما يربط الرسائل بك — وهي حينها بلا هوية أصلاً.
ما لا يمكن حذفه بعينه
تقييم النجوم. لا يحمل رمزاً ولا أي معرّف، بل اسم اللعبة وعدد النجوم واللغة ونسخة التطبيق فقط. لا يمكن تتبّعه إليك — وهو ما يعني أيضاً أننا لا نستطيع انتقاء تقييمك من بين غيره لحذفه.
بيانات جوجل وUnity
ما تجمعه خدمات جوجل (AdMob وGoogle Analytics for Firebase وFirebase Remote Config) يخضع لسياسة جوجل، لا لنا. يمكنك تصفير معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه من إعدادات نظامك: على أندرويد من Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads، وعلى iOS من Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Tracking. وللمزيد: policies.google.com/privacy.
