The fastest route is the contact screen inside the app: open the main menu, then Contact. It reaches the person who builds the app directly, and it carries the app version, the platform and your interface language with it, so we do not have to ask.

Following your request
A message does not vanish once sent. Open Contact ▸ Your messages to see what you sent and where each one has got to: received, being considered, planned, next, or shipped. At the top of that screen is a code shaped like ARC-XXXX-XXXX — copy it if you email us about an earlier message, because it is what ties the two together.
Request a game
This is not a closed suggestion box. Requests genuinely shape what gets made, and the app is built so a new game slots in without a rewrite. Two of the games in the app today started as a player's message. Tell us the game, and what would make it good for you.
Report a problem
What helps: the name of the game, what you were doing just before it went wrong, and your device model. A screenshot saves a lot of back and forth.
Restore Instant Rewards
Instant Rewards — called Remove Ads before September 2026, and the same purchase — belongs to the Google Play account or Apple ID you bought it with, not to the device. On a new device, sign in with the same account, open the app and choose Restore purchases. If rewards still ask you to watch a video, write to us and attach your receipt.
Deleting your data
Your scores, progress and settings are on your device, and uninstalling the app deletes them. Messages you sent us are held by us, and are deleted on request. Both routes are on deleting your data.

تتبّع طلبك
الرسالة لا تختفي بعد إرسالها. افتح تواصل ▸ رسائلك لترى ما أرسلته وأين وصل كلٌّ منه: وصلت، قيد الدراسة، مخطّطة، التالية، أو نُفِّذت. وفي أعلى الشاشة رمز على شكل ARC-XXXX-XXXX — انسخه إن راسلتنا بالبريد عن رسالة سابقة، فهو ما يربط الاثنين.
اطلب لعبة
هذا ليس صندوق اقتراحات مغلقاً. الطلبات تشكّل فعلاً ما يُبنى، والتطبيق مصمَّم بحيث تنضمّ اللعبة الجديدة دون إعادة كتابته. لعبتان مما في التطبيق اليوم بدأتا كرسالة من لاعب. أخبرنا باللعبة وبما يجعلها ممتعة عندك.
أبلغ عن عطل
ما يساعدنا: اسم اللعبة، وما كنت تفعله قبل العطل مباشرة، وطراز جهازك. لقطة شاشة تختصر الكثير.
استعادة «المكافآت الفورية»
«المكافآت الفورية» — واسمها «إزالة الإعلانات» قبل سبتمبر 2026، وهي الشراء نفسه — مرتبطة بحساب Google Play أو Apple ID الذي اشتريت به، لا بالجهاز. على جهاز جديد، سجّل الدخول بالحساب نفسه وافتح التطبيق ثم اختر استعادة المشتريات. وإن ظلّت المكافآت تطلب منك مشاهدة فيديو، راسلنا وأرفق إيصال الشراء.
حذف بياناتك
نتائجك وتقدّمك وإعداداتك على جهازك، وحذف التطبيق يحذفها. أما الرسائل التي أرسلتها إلينا فمحفوظة عندنا، وتُحذف بطلب منك. الطريقان كلاهما في حذف بياناتك.
